Royalty Scholarships:
The WVMSCA provides scholarships for the Apple Blossom Royalty to offset some of the expenses during their trip to Misawa each August. Due to the contributions to this fund their representation becomes an important part of the ambassador program. We give special thanks for the generous donations from businesses and citizens making this scholarship program possible.
